How does it work?
ABS Deodoriser & Descaler uses natural ingredients that effectively break down limescale and mineral deposits, making them easy to wipe away without damaging the surface underneath. The beneficial microbes remain on the surface to continue to break down organic odour-causing substances.
How long will the Deodoriser & Descaler last?
The Deodoriser and Descaler sachets are shelf-stable for 2 years. After reconstitution, the liquid product should be used within 4 weeks.
Is it safe to use on all surfaces?
Our Deodoriser & Descaler is safe to use on various washroom surfaces including stainless steel, ceramic, glass, and porcelain. However, we recommend testing on a small inconspicuous area before full application. The product is unsuitable for stone surfaces such as marble and granite.
Can it be used in food prep areas?
ABS Deodoriser & Descaler is not designed for food preparation areas, however all ingredients are natural and food grade. If using on a food surface, we recommend rinsing or wiping down the surface.
Is it safe for septic systems?
Absolutely. Since our Deodoriser & Descaler is made from biodegradable ingredients, it’s safe for septic systems and won’t harm the beneficial bacteria responsible for breaking down waste.
Does it have a strong odour?
ABS Deodoriser & Descaler is formulated to have a mild and pleasant citrus scent. It does not contain allergenic fragrances such as Limonene, Linalool and Citronellol.
Is it safe to use around children and pets?
Yes, our Deodoriser & Descaler is safe for use around children and pets when used as directed. However, we recommend keeping the product out of reach of children and pets and storing it in a secure location.
How should I use it?
Simply apply the Deodoriser & Descaler to the affected area, allow it to sit for a few minutes to penetrate any mineral build-up, then scrub with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth and rinse. The product may be left in place for lasting deodorising action.
Is the packaging recyclable?
We prioritise sustainability, so our ‘forever bottles’ are made from 100% Post-Consumer Recycled HDPE, they are built to be used over and over again, but if needed, they can also be easily recycled in plastic kerbside recycling. There is no waste from single-use packaging and the sachets dissolve entirely into biodegradable materials. The pouches that contain the soluble sachets are produced from materials OWS-accredited as industrially compostable. What should I do if I accidentally ingest the Deodoriser and Descaler?
If ingested, do not induce vomiting. Rinse the mouth thoroughly and seek medical advice immediately.
What should I do if the cleaner gets into my eyes?
Rinse your eyes immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
How should I store the Deodoriser and Descaler?
Store the cleaner in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children and pets.

What is a bacteria?
Bacteria are living microorganisms that exist almost everywhere on Earth! They only contain one cell and are vital to our global ecosystem. Some live in extreme conditions of pH, temperature and pressure. Our bodies are full of bacteria.
What is the difference between enzymes and bacteria?
Bacteria are living organisms that produce non-living proteins known as enzymes, which break down waste into smaller pieces. After they've finished their work, they die. Bacteria, on the other hand, live longer, continuing to multiply and produce more enzymes.
What is the difference between good bacteria and bad bacteria?
Bacteria produce a diverse range of effects depending on what they require to do to survive. Most of these bacteria are harmless to humans and animals, in fact, they’re beneficial helping to solve problems (like the ones used in our products, or helping us digest food. However, there are a small number of species of bacteria that can cause diseases such as Escherichia coli and Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB).
Is this product safe for me to use?
Yes, all of our products contain non-pathogenic bacteria (good bacteria), which are non-toxic and safe for daily use. Better still, our products are not tested on animals and are not harmful to animals and aquatic life.
What happens when it gets in contact with food?
We recommend avoiding contact with food. If this happens, any small amount of product digested should NOT cause a negative effect on human health. However, if possible, wash thoroughly or do not consume, since the taste will be altered by the substances in our products.
